Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our expanding network. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain records according to facility procedures.

You will supervise assistants and students, contribute to program development, and engage in community outreach while upholding state laws and ethics. We offer mentorship and a generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work autonomously in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency with EMR, database software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assess physical status.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Interact professionally with patients, family, and staff.
