Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is required.
• Current, unencumbered Ohio PT license and NPTE passage are required.
• 1 year of PT experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
