Nate Reighard State Farm is hiring an Account Associate in Fort Pierce, FL for a sales role with real meaning—conversations about coverage, trust earned quickly, and sales that genuinely help the people on the other side of the table.

You will develop a steady pipeline through outbound calls, referrals, and warm follow-ups, participate in licensing coursework, set appointments, and move prospects through the sales process while maintaining accurate activity records to hit weekly and monthly

Qualifications

• Prior sales, retail, or customer-facing experience preferred — insurance training and licensing provided.
• Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude.
• Strong phone presence and clear, confident communication.
• Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up.
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses.

Responsibilities
