UCC Environmental LLC is seeking a hands-on digital marketing leader in Waukegan, IL. You will own websites, paid campaigns, SEO, analytics, and marketing systems to drive growth and visibility for global industrial solutions.

You’ll manage cross‑functional projects, collaborate with Sales and Product, and optimize the marketing tech stack to deliver measurable results. This role is on site in Waukegan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with growing technical ownership.
• Proven results managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns and budgets.
• Hands-on experience administering websites in WordPress; Kadence/Elementor experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
• Experience turning marketing data into clear reports and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Websites & Technical Optimization: own WordPress sites, fix issues, lead redesigns.
• Paid Advertising & Campaigns: plan, build, optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
• SEO & AI‑Search Visibility: support technical/on‑page SEO and AI‑search efforts.
• Analytics, Tracking & Reporting: manage GA4, GTM, Search Console; build dashboards.
• Marketing Operations & Systems: own marketing tools, lead routing, standards.
• Marketing Project Leadership: lead end‑to‑end marketing projects and events.
• Email, Social & Content Support: support campaigns, social channels, content.
• Team Collaboration & Department Support: align with Sales, Product, partners.
