Job summary

DuctMasters is hiring a full-time BDR - Customer Service Rep to join our Weston, FL office. You will schedule appointments, coordinate with the field service team, and follow up with leads to convert them into loyal clients.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year of customer-facing experience and strong English communication. Bilingual Spanish optional. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $20.00 per hour plus incentives, with a 401(k) and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, sales development, call center, or another customer-facing role.
• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, professional, and polite attitude throughout the day.
• Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record details for residential and commercial HVAC jobs.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on missed calls and online leads.
• Explain the benefits of choosing us and book service appointments in ServiceTitan (with training provided).
• Provide real-time support to dispatchers and HVAC technicians.
• Participate in an after-hours and weekend rotation to meet business needs.
• Manage additional responsibilities as the position and our company grow.
