DuctMasters USA, Inc. is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Technician / HVAC Technician to join our Weston, FL team.

You will diagnose, repair, install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial projects. We offer competitive pay ($15.00–$25.00/hour) with base pay plus commission and bonuses, plus excellent benefits including 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays and sick time, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of HVAC experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
