DuctMasters USA, Inc. is hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Technician / HVAC Technician to join our Weston, FL team.

You will diagnose, repair, install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and light commercial projects. We offer competitive pay ($15.00–$25.00/hour) with base pay plus commission and bonuses, plus excellent benefits including 401k, medical, dental and vision insurance, PTO, holidays and sick time, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, install and maintain HVAC systems.
• Operate electronic test equipment and hand tools in field work.
• Work in Weston, FL and interact with customers professionally.
