Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes for guests and Beverage Servers.
• Receive, issue, and record liquor stores and supplies.
• Maintain a neat and clean bar station at all times.
• Know and apply the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities.
• May serve food at a designated outlet when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming and beverage regulations and required licenses.
