Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or in an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to improve store performance.

Responsibilities

• Learn the operations of all departments and store management duties.
• Perform scheduling, security, maintenance, safety, sanitation, ordering, and HR-related tasks.
• Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience and strengthening associate relations.
• Lead initiatives to plan, implement, and execute merchandising and operating plans.
• Support achievement of weekly, period, and annual sales and budget goals.
