Job summary

Soleil at Canyon Trail Apartments in Goodyear, AZ is hiring a full-time Assistant Property Manager to lead on-site leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations. You will support the Property Manager, coordinate marketing efforts, and train the leasing team to meet community goals.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of property management experience, strong customer service, and proficiency with MS Office and community software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• Ability to interact efficiently with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Proficient in MS Office and community software.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Present self in a neat, professional manner at all times.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates highest standards of integrity and adheres to policies and laws.
• Enhances living experience and first/last impressions of residents.
• Handles resident concerns with a customer-service approach.
• Communicates property events and conducts inspections with residents.
• Markets property, welcomes and shows units to prospects, processes paperwork.
• Works with leasing team to meet goals and analyze traffic and renewals.
• Manages financials and owner interests per policies.
• Maintains accurate records of transactions and rents collected.
• Keeps property appearance and repairs up to date, coordinates with maintenance.
• Updates boards and supports training of on-site staff.
