The Inland Real Estate Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for Soleil at Canyon Trail Apartments in Goodyear, AZ. You will coordinate leasing, marketing, and resident relations, while training on-site staff to achieve property goals.

Requires 2–3 years in property management, Fair Housing certification, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and property software. Growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in Property Management or related work.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Competence in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and community software applications.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of OSHA laws and regulations.
