Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
• Proven track record of leading retail or restaurant teams, operations, and finances.
• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front- and back-house operations, merchandising, workflows, sanitation, organization and customer experience.
• Develop systems for cash management, food safety, inventory control and employee performance.
• Support HR with training, coaching, motivation, feedback and retention strategies.
• Schedule and staff the store in coordination with the Manager and budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns using consumer insights.
• Maintain security measures: cameras, alarms, locks, and protocols.
• Generate concise reports on retail performance for the Manager.
• Act as brand advocate to consumers, employees and corporate accounts.
• Maintain POS register systems in top working order.
