Job summary

Mitchel Davis State Farm Agency in Temple, TX is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. You’ll oversee staff, coordinate workflows, and support community outreach.

You’ll manage marketing initiatives, track metrics, ensure policy compliance, and guide the team toward a path to leadership. Prior insurance or customer service experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior insurance, business, or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities within the agency office.
• Support team members through coaching and workflow coordination.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and community outreach within the agency.
• Track and analyze business metrics to support growth objectives.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Sales and quoting of both commercial and personal lines P&C as well as Life.
