Mitchel Davis State Farm Agency in Temple, TX is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily operations, develop client relationships, and drive business growth. You’ll oversee staff, coordinate workflows, and support community outreach.

You’ll manage marketing initiatives, track metrics, ensure policy compliance, and guide the team toward a path to leadership. Prior insurance or customer service experience is preferred.

We are seeking a motivated Office Manager to provide leadership within the office and oversee business development, customer engagement, and operational processes. The role contributes to office performance goals and supports long-term customer relationships.
