Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in accounts payable, GL, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable with vendor setup, approvals, and payments.
• Review and reconcile Concur expense reports against policies.
• Maintain vendor records and post GL transactions.
• Prepare bank, credit card, and petty cash reconciliations.
• Support month-end close and ad hoc reports.
