Job summary

The Staff Accountant at Specialty Smile Partners will play a key role in maintaining and reviewing the company’s accounting records with accuracy and integrity, supporting month-end and year-end close activities and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

This position requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of ERP systems, and effective communication with internal teams and external auditors to keep financial data complete and timely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional training efforts to maintain a strong, well-balanced team
