Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking a Growth, Marketing & Sales professional to tackle strategic, organizational, and operational challenges for clients across industries. You will work in North America as part of GM&S, bridging marketing expertise with quantitative consulting to guide client strategies and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with teams, connect with customers, and help clients capture breakout sales growth by entering new markets and personalizing interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, preferably with distinction.
• 1+ years of sales and channel management, with preference for B2B experience/interest.
• 1+ years of Marketing & Sales related business experience with increasingly senior responsibilities in digital marketing, loyalty and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a team to bridge marketing expertise, marketing knowledge, and quantitative consulting approaches.
• Guide clients in defining and refining their strategies in Consumer and B2B Marketing & Sales.
• Help clients connect with customers and drive revenue growth by tapping new markets and personalizing experiences.
• Work within McKinsey's Growth, Marketing & Sales practice across major industries.
