You will develop growth and retention campaigns, coordinate content with designers, and optimize paid advertising. The position emphasizes compliance with bank policies and timely communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in marketing, communications, social media, digital advertising, content, or related area.
• Preferred: financial services marketing experience.
• Preferred: understanding of key marketing metrics and terminology.
• Preferred: project management and proven problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and pitch ideas for growth and retention campaigns based on goals and past performance.
• Develop and coordinate content to connect with customers and improve brand awareness.
• Manage digital content such as website pages, emails, blogs, and revisions for conversions.
• Coordinate with off-site graphic designers to create marketing collateral for emails, social media, and digital ads.
• Assess and adjust paid advertising campaigns to optimize performance against leadership goals.
• Review invoices and updates to ensure timely payment and workflow continuity.
• Create and verify reports and communicate marketing KPIs regularly.
• Actively manage and prioritize marketing requests and provide status updates.
