Flight Centre Travel Group USA is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist in New York, NY. You will partner with regional leaders, sales, and marketing to drive growth initiatives and manage the full demand generation ecosystem.

You will deliver data-driven insights, automation improvements, and compelling regional reporting. A strong background in Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel is required, with experience in HubSpot/ads platforms preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Salesforce reporting and dashboards; Power BI experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own regional growth plans for New York and West region.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to align marketing with business priorities.
• Track demand generation programs including ABM, campaigns, partnerships.
• Deliver leadership-ready performance updates and insights.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce/Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data teams to improve automation.
• Present regional performance updates to senior leadership.
