Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group USA's Corporate Traveler brand seeks a Marketing Specialist, Growth and Demand Generation in New York. You will partner with regional leads, sales, and cross-functional marketing teams to drive growth and align initiatives with business priorities.

You'll own demand-gen programs across ABM, campaigns, events, and partnerships, build automated regional reporting in Salesforce and Power BI, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in growth marketing, demand gen, or marketing ops.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience building reporting processes with Finance/Analytics.
• Strong ability to influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on Salesforce reporting and dashboards.
• Hands-on Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, formulas, data modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own regional growth plans for New York, CA, and West region.
• Align marketing initiatives with regional priorities with GMs and Sales.
• Track demand-gen programs: ABM, campaigns, partnerships, referrals, email, events.
• Identify risks and remove roadblocks across cross-functional teams.
• Deliver leadership-ready performance updates and insights.
• Collaborate with Finance and Data/BI to improve reporting automation.
• Build and maintain Salesforce and Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting support.
• Support campaign execution, events, partnerships, referrals.
• Communicate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, finance, data.
