Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist, Influencer Partnerships, to drive influencer marketing across our iGaming and Lottery businesses. You will lead full-funnel creator campaigns from planning to activation, partnering with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and agencies to hit growth goals.

You will also identify emerging creators, optimize workflows with data-driven insights, and manage budgets to improve future investments in a fast-moving, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or analytics; 5+ years influencer marketing.
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale creator campaigns across platforms.
• Experience managing large marketing budgets and measuring performance.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of influencer marketing programs for iGaming and Lottery, connecting creator partnerships to broader growth objectives.
• Own campaigns from planning and creator selection through activation, measurement, and post-campaign analysis.
• Develop full-funnel creator programs to build awareness, engagement, consideration, and customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and external agencies to align stakeholders.
• Manage campaign budgets and performance tracking, using data to optimize investments.
• Partner with Analytics to measure effectiveness and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Identify emerging creators and platform trends to unlock new opportunities.
• Improve workflows through processes, automation, and emerging technologies.
