Job summary

You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage the execution of proposals and presentations, and ensure high‑quality, timely deliverables across accounts with a focus on organizational storytelling and market positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years progressive experience in proposal management, marketing communications, or related fields.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adhere to processes for growth initiatives, client reporting, and account storytelling.
• Provide strategic support across solutions pursuits and operations project needs.
• Coordinate resources to fulfill requirements of proposals and presentations.
• Maintain project management pipeline to fulfill department deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to develop solutions collateral and communications for positioning.
