Job summary

Credit Human is seeking a Marketing and Sales Support Manager to drive growth by aligning targeted marketing with sales objectives. You will lead a team, oversee CRM processes, and collaborate with sales to maximize opportunities and revenue.

The role emphasizes strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen brand presence and customer acquisition at an on-site San Antonio location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years marketing experience with proven positive results.
• Experience leading marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of credit union, real estate, mortgage and/or indirect lending marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across B2C and B2B channels.
• Lead campaigns to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends and data to guide business decisions.
• Partner with sales to create territory-focused growth strategies and maximize revenue.
• Manage and develop a high-performing marketing and sales support team.
