Job summary

Tally Group in The Woodlands, Texas seeks a marketing programs assistant to support campaigns across digital, social media, email, webinars and trade shows, coordinating activities with the Director of Marketing, Sales Manager and Operations leadership.

You will work closely with marketing and sales teams, prepare presentations, update contact information, and produce sales pipeline reports while ensuring CRM data accuracy; a bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a software company role are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in a sales & marketing support role for a software company.
• Proven experience creating digital marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Experience managing and updating websites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, webinars and trade shows.
• Coordinate webinars, including scheduling, speaker coordination, recording, editing, hosting, promotion, and follow-up, while supporting team planning activities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to support lead generation by preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations, updating contact information, and producing sales pipeline reports.
• Update the CRM system with contact and sales data.
• Work with the Operations team leader to provide organizational support; conduct market and competitor research.
