TurFreshis is seeking a hands-on Growth & Marketing Operations Manager to boost performance across multiple markets. You will blend strategy, analytics, and execution while coordinating paid media, SEO, local search, CRM, marketing automation, websites, and lead handling.

You will partner with John and the President/General Manager to translate guidance into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable results, reviewing campaigns, tracking metrics, and driving improvements.
