Job summary

Staging Studio and BY Design Home Staging in San Antonio, TX (Hybrid) is seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support websites, campaigns, and student retention. You will draft graphics, run automations, and conduct prospect calls, collaborating closely with the Creative Director.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to learn new software. Startup experience and a proactive mindset are a plus, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Canva; excellent verbal, written, and phone communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and create web pages, templates, funnels, online courses, and other deliverables.
• Draft graphics for email campaigns, website, advertising, etc.
• Set up marketing and customer service automations / AI
• Conduct sales calls with prospective students
• Optimize web pages for load times, performance, and SEO
• Support and execute email, lead magnet, and other marketing campaigns under direction of Creative Director
• Occasional special projects
• Administrative responsibilities including live webinar and event support
• Handle escalations on complex customer service inquiries
• Identify and solve client and department issues
• Provide technical support for active students
• CRM management and optimization
• Oversee project coordination
• Other administrative duties as needed
