Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of marketing, communications, business-development, or related experience preferred.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and projects.
• Experience with social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM, email marketing, graphic design, or content-management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing Sarma's annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns supporting growth and lead-generation.
• Manage and maintain Sarma's social media presence.
• Develop email marketing campaigns and manage distribution lists.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Maintain branding across digital platforms.
