Job summary

Mythical Games is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, User Acquisition to own paid user growth across our titles. You will run end-to-end campaigns with a lean team, blending data-driven insights with creative feedback for rapid improvement.

You’ll use AI, SQL, and BI tools to analyze performance, optimize CPA/ROAS, and partner with product, creative, and data teams to sharpen assets and expand our scalable acquisition programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running user acquisition in gaming or comparable industry.
• Strong creative eye with ability to diagnose why an ad works and translate into feedback.
• Hands-on AI fluency for campaign analysis, iteration, and reporting.
• Experience owning advertising and acquisition partnerships.
• Strong grasp of mobile and web attribution methodologies.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel; comfortable with data-visualization/BI tools.
• BA in marketing, finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own paid user acquisition for one or more titles, running campaigns end to end from strategy and setup through optimization and reporting.
• Analyze creative performance and partner with marketing to turn results into actionable feedback.
• Track performance across the funnel from impression to install to activation, optimizing spend and CPA/ROAS.
• Set, own, and hit KPIs and growth goals for your titles.
• Manage acquisition budgets with rigor and an efficiency-focused approach.
• Create and maintain AI-powered tooling and workflows for analysis, creative iteration, reporting, and data.
• Partner cross-functionally with product, creative, data, and external partners to unblock work and align on priorities.
• Help set the standard for a data-driven, AI-forward marketing culture.
