Method Recruiting is seeking a Growth Marketer for an AI consumer platform that connects creators and players. You’ll own programs driving creator acquisition and player growth, from paid media to SEO and social PR, with hands-on ownership and the ability to move fast.

You’ll test channels, analyze data, and scale growth while building agentic tools to automate repetitive tasks. This role emphasizes independent work, analytical rigor, and an eagerness to learn and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns.
• Experience building or leveraging agentic tools to automate repetitive marketing work.
• Understanding of growth across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize creator acquisition programs across paid social, SEO, and organic channels.
• Drive player growth through paid and organic channels and optimize the funnel from awareness to first action.
• Own hands-on paid media strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging platforms; manage testing and optimization.
• Develop organic social strategies to grow both creator and player audiences and contribute to content strategy.
