The NHHEAF Network seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to expand Granite Edvance and EdvestinU awareness and loan application growth. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will lead integrated campaigns, create compelling content, and manage digital initiatives with internal teams and vendors.

This hands-on role requires strong communication, multi-channel expertise, and the ability to drive measurable results while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience executing multi-channel campaigns from planning through reporting.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into action with data-driven improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, workflows and coordination.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize audience response and ROI.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid, web, and social channels.
• Create clear, audience-focused content across digital and print channels.
• Manage EdvestinU social media strategy and partner with Communications.
• Ensure compliance and secure final approvals with timelines.
