Job summary

Everlywell is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to own paid search campaigns, including Shopping and Performance Max, and to scale the SEM program using automation and AI tools. You will optimize bidding strategies, oversee partner management, and collaborate with the acquisition team to drive growth.

You’ll report to the Head of Growth and partner with analysts to translate insights into actionable campaigns and revenue growth across direct-to-consumer channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of search campaign management experience, direct-to-consumer or agency.
• Strong track record with Shopping campaigns and Performance Max.
• Hands-on with AI tools for keyword/bid optimization and ad copy generation.
• Experience managing seven-figure paid media budgets.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in web analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid search campaigns, including Shopping and Performance Max.
• Measure channel KPIs and report performance daily, weekly, and quarterly.
• Conduct keyword research to inform bidding strategies and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Define experiments to improve channel performance.
• Leverage AI workflows to optimize bidding, generate ad copy, and deploy changes.
• Drive growth by innovating SEM tactics and expanding into new PPC channels.
• Partner with analysts to translate search insights into business results.
