Job summary

Georgian in the United States is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to architect a modern digital growth engine for a B2B SaaS leader. You will own end-to-end campaigns across SEM, SEO, paid social, and outbound, guided by data and AI-powered insights.

You’ll partner with Design, Content, and Sales to optimize funnels (MQL, SAO, SQO), boost ROAS, and drive enterprise pipeline, while experimenting with new AI tools and test plans in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading multi-channel digital acquisition for B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record growing SEM, SEO, paid social.
• Hands-on with AI/ML-powered tools for media management, CRO, or creative iteration.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage a modern digital growth engine across paid search, paid social, display, automated outbound, and organic channels to drive enterprise lead generation and pipeline.
• Own end-to-end campaigns—from ad creation and landing page optimization to conversion testing and budget management—to maximize ROAS.
• Develop a rigorous test-and-learn roadmap (A/B, multivariate, AI-assisted) to improve CPOpportunity and scale evergreen programs.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools to streamline media buying, creative generation, and UX personalization.
• Maintain a living KPI dashboard and produce weekly actionable insights on performance.
