Eon in Oregon seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to architect a data-driven growth engine for a leading B2B SaaS platform. You will own multi-channel campaigns—from SEM to paid social and organic—driving enterprise leads and revenue with AI-assisted optimization.

You will collaborate with Design, Content, and Sales, manage budgets, and deliver weekly performance insights. A strong track record in scaling paid channels and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced startup is essential.

Qualifications

• Own multi-channel digital acquisition programs for B2B SaaS or digital-first enterprise.
• Proven track record of building and scaling SEM, SEO, and paid social programs to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Deep platform proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4/Analytics, Search Console, and CMS/AB testing tools.
• AI-forward: hands-on with AI/ML tools for media management, creative iteration, or CRO.
• Data-driven with advanced Excel/Sheets and ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Help architect the Growth Engine across paid search, paid social, display, outbound, and organic channels to drive enterprise lead generation and pipeline.
• Own the full funnel from ad creation and landing page optimization to conversion testing and budget management to maximize ROAS.
• Drive continuous experimentation with A/B, multivariate tests, and AI-assisted approaches to improve performance and scale programs.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline media buying, creative generation, and UX personalization.
• Analyze and optimize with a living KPI dashboard (MQLs, SAOs, Revenue) and weekly insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Content, Ops, and Sales for message-to-market fit and lead hand-offs.
• Support strategy and budget by forecasting spend scenarios and modeling growth with efficiency.
