Wall Street Quants is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own four channels—LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and email—driving list growth, applications, and enrollments. You will set strategy, write posts, direct creative, publish, manage the email list, and report results with no layers above or below you.

This is a hands-on, growth-focused role measured by subscribers, booked admissions calls, and student enrollments.

Qualifications

• Excellent English writing with hooks, threads, emails, and long-form copy.
• Proven ability to grow an audience or email list to real scale with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with an email platform (ConvertKit, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Customer.io)
• Fluent in funnel metrics: opt-in rate, open rate, click rate, reply rate, booked-call rate, CAC, and LTV.
• Daily writer and operator, capable of delivering multi-channel content.
• Experience running more than one channel; not limited to a single channel.
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent for video content.
• Ability to learn quant finance and write credibly about it.

Responsibilities

• Own four channels: LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and email; set strategy and direction.
• Write posts, direct visuals, publish content, and manage the email list and flows.
• Lead landing pages and opt-in offers to grow the list.
• Map the path from first touch to booked admissions calls and enrollments.
• Implement a weekly testing cadence across hooks, formats, subject lines, send times, and offers.
• Provide weekly performance reports and iterate based on results.
• Coordinate with editors and designers after proving scalable ideas.
