Job summary

1r Agency is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the day-to-day marketing engine across content, social, email, campaigns, events, and client storytelling. This hands-on role partners with the VP of Growth & Marketing, Director of Business Development, and agency leadership to turn 1r’s work and expertise into marketing that builds awareness, credibility, and growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Excellent writer and editor.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, email, websites, and other digital channels.
• Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and deadlines.
• Comfort turning rough ideas into executable campaigns.
• Experience supporting campaigns, events, webinars, or partnerships.
• Highly organized and proactive.
• Able to work cross-functionally with leadership, business development, account teams, and subject-matter experts.
• Interest in ecommerce, digital marketing, Shopify, and the broader commerce ecosystem.
• Curious, resourceful, and willing to jump into whatever needs to get done.
