1r Agency is seeking a Marketing Manager to own and execute the day-to-day marketing engine across content, social, email, campaigns, events, and client storytelling. This hands-on role partners with senior marketing leadership to build awareness, credibility, and demand for the agency’s Shopify and Klaviyo capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on marketing experience.
• Excellent writer and editor.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, email, and websites.

Responsibilities

• Lead content and thought leadership strategy across LinkedIn, email, website, and other priority channels.
• Identify stories, insights, trends, and points of view worth bringing to market.
• Develop and/or oversee thought leadership content for leadership, including ghostwriting and founder POV.
• Develop campaign briefs and oversee execution across owned, social, email, website, and partner channels.
• Establish measurement frameworks and use performance data to optimize campaigns.
