Confluent, an IBM company, is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to own the growth and expansion journey for technical users. This role sits in Confluent’s R&D Product Department, collaborating with Growth Marketers, Growth Product Managers, and cross-functional teams to drive onboarding, activation, and multi-product adoption.

You’ll define strategy, lead experimentation, and help customers onboard and adopt multiple products, while exploring AI-enabled value and creating scalable playbooks for

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience marketing to a technical/developer audience, preferably in growth marketing, lifecycle, or product-led growth in B2B SaaS.
• Strong written communication: translate technical product value into clear messages for technical users.
• Demonstrated growth marketing craft: hypothesize, ship experiments, measure results, and scale or stop programs based on data.

• Own growth and expansion concepts across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and reactivation.
• Lead multi-product expansion campaigns to drive adoption and deepen usage across the platform.
• Build segmentation and personalized journeys from product usage and lifecycle context with cross-functional teams.
• Run a prioritized experimentation roadmap with test designs, metrics, and decisions on scale or pivot.
• Collaborate with Product to ensure lifecycle communications feel like one customer journey.
• Explore AI-enabled value creation for customers and faster program execution with Product teams.
• Develop reusable playbooks, measurement standards, and operating processes for lifecycle marketing.
• Partner with Developer Relations, Community, and Education to drive product adoption where appropriate.
