Job summary

Boom is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build a predictable pipeline across partnerships, referrals, and growth channels for its property management customers. You will own the partner network day to day and run Boom's referral program, while testing and scaling email, events, and inbound.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations, track channel performance, and report on pipeline and costs by channel as you optimize activation and retention across the

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in growth marketing or related field in B2B SaaS.
• Data-driven with ability to attribute pipeline to sources.
• Strong relationship builder who earns trust quickly.
• Extremely organized with high ownership.
• Willingness to engage with customers and travel.
• Experience running referral/partner incentive programs.
• Strong writing skills for partner content and campaigns.
• Experience in PropTech or property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partnerships: Own day-to-day relationships with vendor, integration, and industry partners; manage onboarding and integration launches.
• Partner enablement: Keep partner-facing one-pagers, decks, and talk tracks current.
• Referral program: Run referral program end to end, from onboarding referrers to payouts.
• Co-marketing & industry organizations: Plan joint campaigns with partners and manage Boom's presence with associations.
• Channel experiments: Test new growth channels and scale what works.
• Funnel & attribution: Own lead source tracking and report pipeline by channel.
