Perk is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead paid search in North America, owning Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns. You will work with the Senior Manager, Paid Marketing to drive a steady pipeline of high‑quality B2B leads for Sales and help shape Perk’s presence in AI answer engines with the SEO team.

This hands‑on role suits a data‑driven marketer who collaborates across Marketing and Sales, and enjoys working in a fast‑growing SaaS company focused on travel and spend

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid search experience.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max and Remarketing.
• Proficient with Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor.
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns at scale.
• Strong understanding of keyword optimisation, match types and bidding strategies.
• Proven track record of meeting growth targets and OKRs.
• Experience with conversion tracking and tag management (GA/GTMs).
• Analytics proficiency with GA/Looker and Excel/Sheets.

Responsabilités

• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising in North America.
• Perform bid management, budget pacing and campaign optimisation.
• Run regular keyword expansions and negative keyword management.
• Develop data-driven optimisation to improve efficiency and conversions.
• Create, monitor and analyse A/B tests on ads and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO on AEO initiatives and AI-driven search features.
• Report performance updates to management on a monthly cadence.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align paid search with broader customer journeys.
