Job description

Reports to: Growth Marketing Director, Paid Digital

Location: Remote US

Compensation Range: $110,000 to $125,000 base plus bonus and equity

What We Do:

Huntress is a fully remote, global team of passionate experts and ethical badasses on a mission to break down the barriers to cybersecurity. Whether creating purpose-built security solutions, hunting down hackers, or impacting our community, our people go above and beyond to change the security game and make a real difference.

Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress protects all businesses—not just the 1%—with enterprise-grade, fully owned, and managed cybersecurity products at the price of an affordable SaaS application. The Huntress difference is our One Team advantage: our technology is designed with our industry-defining Security Operations Center (SOC) in mind and is never separated from our service.

We protect 3M+ endpoints and 1M+ identities worldwide, elevating underresourced IT teams with protection that works as hard as they do. As long as hackers keep hacking, Huntress keeps hunting.

What You’ll Do:

Huntress is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Digital, to support the company’s digital footprint and marketing strategies. You’ll be responsible for being hands-on with campaign implementation and monitoring of B2B marketing campaigns across paid search channels (Google and Bing), ensuring they are effective vehicles for demand generation. This role will also support B2B paid social campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and demand generation.

To be successful, you will need to work in a highly cross-functional environment in collaboration with our brand, social, integrated campaigns, and data teams. You will play a critical role in helping to expand Huntress’ position as an established leader in a fast-paced cybersecurity industry.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media Campaign Optimization

  • Execute and optimize strategies to deliver qualified leads across the full marketing funnel (top, middle, bottom) to support revenue growth globally through paid digital channels.
  • Recommend and implement campaigns for new target markets, customer segments, and emerging paid channels to attract new Huntress customers.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across key channels, including Search (Google, Bing), Social (LinkedIn, Reddit)
  • Collaborate effectively with Sr Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams (e.g., Content, Web, Sales) to support key initiatives and drive high-value actions such as trials and demos.

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, quarterly, and annually to monitor ROI and share results and insights with the team.
  • Utilize analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform analytics) to assess campaign performance, identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Regularly monitor Huntress’ digital advertising performance and key metrics against established goals, highlighting opportunities and contributing to benchmark setting.

Testing, Optimization, and Demand Generation

  • Support ongoing analysis and rigorous A/B testing plans (ads, landing pages, audiences, etc.), to improve the performance and efficiency of all digital campaigns.
  • Stay current with paid media industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies; proactively test new tools and techniques to learn, optimize campaigns, and drive measurable increases in conversion rates and lead quality.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 2+ years of professional non-intern experience in running Paid Digital campaigns at a SaaS-based company (B2B preferred)
  • Hands-on expertise: proven success supporting multiple campaigns through paid digital (paid social, paid search, programmatic display, and other CPC initiatives), including campaign execution, creative optimization, and A/B testing
  • Data Analysis: Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Continuous inspection: Support in platform audits and optimizations that will lead to the best-in-class execution, and optimal results for our customers and other team members
  • Demonstrates Effective Budget Management: Use data-based decisions and in-channel analysis to ensure campaigns are cost-effective, and assists in reallocating resources effectively across campaigns and channels to maximize ROI
  • Drive the right results: Provide inputs to refine goals and KPIs to achieve business objectives, with an emphasis on iterative improvement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Hands-on experience using business platforms (Tableau, Sigma, Sisense, etc) for data analysis, report preparation, and providing insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Present results and insights to external stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Bring Operational Excellence: inspire innovation, collaboration, and accountability cross-functionally.

Nice To Have:

  • Experience in B2B paid marketing within the Cyber Security vertical
  • In-house paid digital experience
  • Understanding of technical website and SEO needs (sitemap, tags, metas, etc.)
  • Experience measuring, analyzing, and optimizing website performance

What We Offer:

  • 100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
  • 12 weeks of paid parental leave
  • Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
  • 401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
  • Life and Disability insurance plans
  • Stock options for all full-time employees

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
