Job summary

Sciforium is an AI infrastructure company building next-gen multimodal AI models and a fast-scaling platform. We seek a Growth Marketing Specialist to own how Sciforium shows up in the world, from API-first discovery to enterprise deals, reporting to the CEO and shaping the function as we move from private preview to public launch.

You will lead demand gen, brand, content, PR, and executive visibility, building a cross-functional go-to-market engine and a community around developers and buyers

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing experience spanning growth, brand, and communications, including startup time.
• Proven track record growing developer-facing or API-first products.
• Hands-on demand generation and paid acquisition experience with measurable results.
• Strong editorial judgment and executive-writing ability.
• Experience with earned media, launch PR, and announcements.
• Brand development experience across identity and voice.
• Data-driven with ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Own demand generation end-to-end across paid, organic, lifecycle, and community.
• Lead paid programs from creative direction to budget allocation and optimization.
• Own brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all assets.
• Shape company narrative through brand-level storytelling.
• Editorial ownership of content calendar spanning technical and non-technical content.
• Grow presence across LinkedIn, X, newsletters, and developer communities.
• Manage conferences, sponsorships, and hosted events.
• Own press strategy, journalist relationships, and launch communications.
• Oversee executive thought leadership, ghostwriting for LinkedIn and media.
• Source keynote and podcast opportunities for leadership.
• Partner with product/engineering/sales to translate launches into campaigns.
• Stand up measurement infrastructure and report results with clear goals.
