League One Volleyball (LOVB) Miami is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead demand-generation and storytelling across our owned channels, reporting to the VP of Marketing & Fan Experience. This role is hybrid, based in Miami with in-office days and home matches support.

You will plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns, manage email, web, and lead-generation programs, and collaborate with creative teams, partnerships, and operations to grow our fan base and revenue while keeping the Miami

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in digital, performance, or ticket marketing.
• Excellent written communication and conversion-focused copy.
• Proven ability to plan and run performance marketing campaigns.
• Experience with CRM, email and ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, HubSpot, Sailthru).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across owned channels.
• Grow fan database through email captures, contests, sign-ups, partner integrations.
• Oversee web and landing pages for a positive user experience.
