What you’d be doing in this role

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to join our International Marketing team in Mexico on an initial 12-month contract, with potential for extension. As Canva grows, change is part of our DNA—and part of the fun. This role will evolve as we do.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll contribute to Canva’s performance marketing strategy from ideation to execution. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team to achieve ambitious growth goals. Currently, this role focuses on:

• Driving marketing strategies based on deep knowledge of the Mexico market
• Developing online marketing campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and more; managing end-to-end planning, execution, and analysis
• Partnering with teams in partnerships, events, social, community, external agencies, and others to ensure campaign success
• Staying updated on industry trends to inform strategies
• Scaling and improving marketing workflows with a focus on automation and efficiency

You're probably a match if

• You have proven experience in performance marketing, with expertise in paid and organic channels
• You are comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in tech or startups in Mexico is preferred
• You possess strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
• You have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Spanish
• You can collaborate effectively with data, product, copywriting, and design teams

You’ll be part of the International Marketing group, working closely with the Mexico team and global performance marketing. Our mission is to empower users worldwide to design, making Canva a loved and culturally relevant brand in Mexico.
