Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, and testing.

You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts end-to-end, lead client conversations, and drive qualified appointments for high-value prospects. You’ll craft direct-response copy and VSL scripts, develop testing strategies, and diagnose funnel improvements while maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience, with Meta responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy calls.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
