Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of marketing experience with at least 1–2 years in a management or team-lead capacity.
• Hands-on experience owning a website as a revenue/lead-generation channel — SEO, UX, conversion optimization (not just content updates).
• Experience with CRM-driven marketing — lifecycle campaigns, email/text automation, lead nurture workflows.
• Demonstrated project management skills — running multiple concurrent campaigns/initiatives against a calendar and deadlines.
• Comfort managing vendor relationships and holding outside partners accountable to deliverables.
