Job summary

Salted is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager in Los Angeles to drive top-line gains and margins across 40+ to 100+ locations. You’ll own funnel optimization, multivariate testing on major delivery platforms, and lifecycle marketing with a data-driven mindset.

You’ll collaborate across Brand, Ops and Culinary teams to scale our moonbowls portfolio, optimize storefront experiences, and expand catering and market opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of growth experience in DTC, food-tech, delivery platform marketing, or e-commerce.
• Data-driven & economics-focused: care about margins, payouts and retention.
• AI proficiency: comfortable using AI to accelerate work while preserving accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across DTC and delivery platforms with a holistic funnel approach.
• Design and evaluate multivariate tests on marketplaces and brand sites.
• Collaborate with Brand, Ops, Culinary and BD to scale locations and offerings.
• Analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable growth initiatives.
