You will report to the CEO and own the marketing strategy across brand, demand generation, lifecycle, partnerships, and product marketing, building a scalable engine that drives growth and category leadership. You will design systems, embed AI and automation into workflows, recruit and mentor a high-performing team, and enable sales with content, tools, and insights

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing leadership
• Proven success driving ARR growth with revenue accountability
• Hands-on expertise with AI-powered marketing tools and analytics
• Experience building and scaling teams of 5+ in competitive markets
• Data-driven decision-maker in fast-moving environments

Responsibilities

• Own the Marketing P&L: Budget, ROI optimization, and revenue accountability.
• Elevate the Brand: Position the company as the go-to platform for restaurant tech.
• Drive Growth: Build multi-channel pipeline engines (paid, organic, ABM, partnerships, events).
• Enable Sales: Deliver content, tools, and insights that accelerate deal velocity.
• Leverage AI: Deploy automation and AI to maximize efficiency and scale.
• Build & Lead: Recruit and mentor top talent to create a world-class marketing organization.
