• 3+ years in social media content management (Sprout Social) is a plus.
• Experience with social management platforms like Hootsuite.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus (CRM a must), and SEO.

Responsibilities

• Own performance of demand generation channels including PPC, SEO, and inbound marketing.
• Drive lead volume and quality to support revenue targets.
• Manage cost efficiency metrics like CPL and cost per opportunity.
• Continuously optimize campaigns for better conversion and ROI.
• Lead regular performance reviews and optimize campaigns.
• Lead development and execution of marketing campaigns including product launches.
• Oversee website content, email marketing, and social media execution.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Partner with sales to improve lead-to-opportunity conversion.
• Track marketing performance dashboards and report key metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service on data-driven optimization.
