Onit is redefining legal operations with AI-powered solutions for legal management, spend, and contracts. We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own the ContractWorks demand engine and drive revenue.

You will partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Rev Ops to turn marketing spend into measurable outcomes, optimize funnels with A/B testing, and track CAC, ROAS, and pipeline as key success metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid and organic campaigns.
• Strong analytics with CAC and ROAS focus.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the performance marketing engine for ContractWorks.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Rev Ops to drive revenue.
• Manage campaigns across Google and LinkedIn and other channels.
• Run funnel experiments and A/B tests to improve conversion.
• Track metrics like CAC, ROAS, and pipeline to inform decisions.
