Aquent/Skill is partnering with a rapidly expanding digital platform focused on personal understanding and self-discovery through astrology. You’ll lead the creator program and growth initiatives, building systems to scale user-generated content and creator partnerships across platforms.

You will work directly with founders to shape growth strategy, recruit diverse creators, and drive campaigns from concept to execution, with a path to leading a broader marketing organization as the company

Qualifications

• Proven track record building and scaling large-scale user-generated content and creator programs.
• Extensive experience managing creator marketing campaigns from conception to execution.
• Deep understanding of user-generated content and social-first marketing strategies.
• Exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in negotiating and securing creator partnerships.
• Strong analytical mindset with a relentless focus on driving growth and performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High degree of autonomy and self-starter mentality, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale our creator ecosystem and program.
• Recruit creators across diverse social media and emerging platforms.
• Cultivate long-term relationships with key content creators.
• Identify and onboard creators who align with the brand vision.
• Oversee all aspects of campaign management: briefs, contracts, timelines.
• Identify and capitalize on viral content opportunities.
• Scale creator partnerships through data-driven performance analysis.
• Collaborate with founders on growth strategy and new features.
